  "description": "Gas Backpack Vibrator GHX50: The crew had gotten plastic wrap somehow wrapped up into the flywheel. I got that removed. However, in turn they un-tensioned and broke the recoil starter for the second time in less than a week. I have tried to retention the chicken spring but cannot get it to stay tensioned to recoil back. If morning crew could take a look and see if something could be made to work temporarily until a new one comes in, that would be great.",
